2025-12-09This cooking sauce was so easy to use and the ingredients list is very simple, with whole ingredients like tomato and cream, and is made in Canada! It’s a very tomato forward flavour profile, with a hint of creaminess. I personally prefer strong spices in my curries so I did add a bit of cayenne to mine and some spinach while I was simmering. I sautéed chicken breast and the sauce really brought it to life, warm and tomatoey with that classic butter chicken flavour. I swerved with naan and my favourite chutneys, coriander and tamarind from KFI as well, and some mango pickle! It thickens up so nicely and tastes like something we’d order out, with minimal effort. Even my toddlers enjoy it, which says a lot. I love that it’s made in Canada - it’s such a cozy, reliable meal on busy days.
