Our KFI sauces contain carefully crafted blends of spices and herbs that are unique to each of our products. These KFI special blends may include black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, cumin, nutmeg, fenugreek, and bay leaf.

Some of our products contain mustard or mustard seed – which is considered a food allergen by Health Canada. Please refer to the ingredient’s information on the label and which you can find in the products section of this web-site.

At KFI, we want to assure you that all our products are free from peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, eggs, seafood, and sulfites. We also do not use these ingredients in our facility.

We’re pleased to share that almost all of our sauces are gluten-free. However, our Pan Asian sauces: Manchurian, Hakka Szechuan, and Chili Chicken use soy for flavor and are not gluten free.

Yes, at KFI, we offer several vegan-friendly sauces! Our vegan options include Vindaloo, Rogan Josh, Vegan Butter Chicken, Mild Curry, and Veggie Curry. And coming soon is our KFI Vegan Coconut Curry and Vegan Tikka Masala. We hope you enjoy them!

We get it! Sometimes you might make a little too much Chana Masala. Yes, you can freeze cooked meals using KFI sauces. However, freezing may impact the taste and flavor, so for the best results, it’s best to enjoy them fresh.

Our sauces are crafted using fresh, authentic ingredients without preservatives. For optimal flavor and taste, please refrigerate them once opened and enjoy within 4 days.

We’re pleased to share that most of KFI sauces are Vegetarian, with the exception of Hakka Szechuan sauce and Chilli Chicken sauce.
