Heat vegetable oil in a large sauce pan at medium/high heat.
Stir fry 400g of diced chicken (or beef) in oil until golden brown and cooked through.
Add 1 cup of mixed vegetables.
Add one 375 ml jar of KFI Chili Chicken Sauce.
Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Tip: Top with chopped cashews for added crunch!
