Szechuan Chicken
PREP TIME 10 MINUTES COOK TIME 15 MINUTES SERVINGS 3-4 Ingredients 1 jar (375ml) KFI Hakka Szechuan Sauce 400g chicken or beef meatballs 2 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil Instructions Heat vegetable oil in a large sauce pan at medium/high heat. Stir fry 400g of chicken or beef meatballs in oil until golden brown and cooked through. Add one 375 ml jar of KFI Hakka Szechuan Sauce. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. Garnish with coriander or chives. Tip: Too hot? Add a bit of yogurt!
