Spicy Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 1 kg lamb chops (approx 2.2 lb)
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp ginger minced
- 6 tbsp KFI Garlic Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp garammarsala
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 4 cups water
- 1-2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the minced ginger, KFI Garlic Chili Sauce, garammasala, cumin seeds and salt pepper.
- Place the lamb chops in the mixing bowl and make sure they are thoroughly coated.
- Heat the water and boil the lamb chops for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the water evaporates.
- Beat the eggs until fluffy and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a frying pan and add the oil.
- Dip each lamb chop in the egg mixture and fry for few minutes until golden.
- Arrange on a platter and garnish with onion rings.
