Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 150 g chicken (approx 0.3 lb)
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 green pepper cubed
- 1 yellow onion cubed
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 bottle KFI Garlic Chili Sauce
Instructions
- Mix the chicken, corn starch, vinegar and ginger garlic paste together, coating the chicken
- Refrigerate for four hours.
- Add the 1 tbsp of oil to a fry pan, and add the green peppers, onion, and the chicken mix.
- Pan fry the mixture for 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
- Add 1 full bottle of KFI Garlic Chili Sauce, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
