Pudhina Paratha (mint flatbread)

  • cups wheat flour
  • tbsp KFI Mint Sauce
  1. Sieve the flour with the salt added. Rub in one tsp of oil.
  2. Knead the flour and oil into soft dough using a little water and the KFI Mint Sauce.
  3. Divide the dough into equal sized balls and flatten each ball with a rolling pin.
  4. Apply oil to each side and fry in flat pan until golden brown on each side.
  5. Serve hot with plain yogurt or spicy Indian pickle.
