Pudhina Paratha (mint flatbread)

Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 5 tbsp KFI Mint Sauce
Instructions
- Sieve the flour with the salt added. Rub in one tsp of oil.
- Knead the flour and oil into soft dough using a little water and the KFI Mint Sauce.
- Divide the dough into equal sized balls and flatten each ball with a rolling pin.
- Apply oil to each side and fry in flat pan until golden brown on each side.
- Serve hot with plain yogurt or spicy Indian pickle.
