Prawn Masala

Ingredients
  • 200 g Peeled Prawns
  • ½ yellow onion cubed
  • ½ tomato cubed
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 jar KFI Rogan Josh Sauce
  • 1 cup cup sliced ginger or chopped cilantro
Instructions
  1. Pan fry the prawns in 1 tbsp butter until fully cooked.
  2. Add the onions and tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the KFI Rogan Josh Sauce, KFI Butter Chicken Sauce.
  4. Mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped cilantro or thinly sliced ginger. Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with naan bread.
