Paneer Makhani

Paneer Makhani is a north Indian dish made with Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) cooked in rich creamy tomato gravy. Makhani (something cooked and sauteed in butter or thick cream). So good – you could Makhani anything!  Try out this vegetarian recipe and let us know your rating!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup paneer cubed
  • 1 jar KFI Butter Chicken Sauce
  • 1 tbsp 35% whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
  1. Heat the tbsp of oil in a saucepan and add the cubed paneer.
  2. Stir fry the paneer for 4 minutes.
  3. Add the KFI Butter Chicken Sauce.
  4. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with light swirls of 35% whipping cream.
  6. Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with naan bread.
