Palak Mushroom (Spinach & Mushroom)

Palak Mushroom is smooth and healthy dish, easy to prepare and tastes great. You can use mushrooms, paneer or potatoes or any other vegetable you can think of. This gravy is versatile and tastes great with anything. Try out this vegetarian recipe and let us know your rating!

  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • 4 cup spinach julienne
  • 1 jar KFI Rogan Josh Sauce
  • ¼ cup sliced ginger or chopped cilantro
  1. Cut the mushrooms in halves.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mushrooms.
  3. Stir fry the mushrooms for 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Add the spinach to the mushrooms.
  5. Simmer for another 10 minutes or until spinach is fully cooked
  6. Add the KFI Rogan Josh Sauce and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with finely sliced ginger or chopped cilantro. Serve with naan bread.
