Matar Paneer (Cheese & Green Peas Curry)

Ingredients
- 1 cup cubed paneer
- ½ cup green peas
- 1 jar KFI Vegetable Curry Sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp 35% whipping cream (optional)
- ¼ cup of chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Heat the tbsp of oil in a saucepan and add the green peas
- Stir well and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the KFI Vegetable Curry Sauce to the green peas and mix well.
- Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add the paneer and mix well. Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes.
- For added flavour add a 1 tbsp of 35% whipping cream.
- Garnish with chipped cilantro or light swirls of 35% whipping cream.
- Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with naan bread.
