Grilled Tikka Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) KFI Tikka Marinade
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lime juice
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) vegetable oil
- 1 lb (500 g) salmon fillets (each about 4 oz/125 g)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) KFI Coriander Cilantro Chutney Sauce
Instructions
- Stir together KFI Tikka Marinade, lime juice and vegetable oil. Spread over salmon fillets; cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour.
- Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Grill salmon fillets on preheated greased grill, covered, for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Sprinkle with sliced green onion. Serve with KFI Coriander Cilantro Chutney Sauce.
