Goat Curry

Ingredients
- 300 g boneless goat meat (approx 0.6 lb)
- 1 jar KFI Rogan Josh Sauce
- ¼ cup sliced ginger or chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cube the goat meat into 2" cubes.
- Take ¼ jar of the KFI Rogan Josh Sauce and put into a pan.
- Add the cubed goat meat pieces.
- Cook the goat meat for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Add the remaining KFI Rogan Josh Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with thinly sliced ginger or chopped cilantro.
- Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with naan bread.
