Garlic Mushrooms

Garlic and mushrooms work so well together that garlic mushrooms is one of the classic dishes. Everyone has their own version of the recipe, I like to keep it simple. Who needs a creamy sauce when the garlic mushrooms themselves are so nice? Try your own version of this vegetarian recipe and let us know how it turned out!

Servings - 2
  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 2 firm tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tbsp KFI Garlic Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley minced
  1. Cut the tomatoes and onions into thick slices.
  2. Blend oil, parsley, KFI Garlic Chili Sauce and salt.
  3. Wash the mushrooms, pat them dry and slice into halves.
  4. Thread mushroom slices onto skewers, alternating with onion and tomato slices.
  5. Brush the sauce mixture onto the skewered mushrooms, tomatoes and onions and grill for 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
