Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 2 firm tomatoes
- 2 onions
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 6 tbsp KFI Garlic Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley minced
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes and onions into thick slices.
- Blend oil, parsley, KFI Garlic Chili Sauce and salt.
- Wash the mushrooms, pat them dry and slice into halves.
- Thread mushroom slices onto skewers, alternating with onion and tomato slices.
- Brush the sauce mixture onto the skewered mushrooms, tomatoes and onions and grill for 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
