Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast (approx 0.6 lb)
- 1 jar KFI Rogan Josh Sauce
- ½ jar KFI Butter Chicken Sauce
- ½ green pepper cubed
- ½ yellow onion cubed
- 1 tbsp 35% whipping cream
- ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cube the chicken breast into 2" cubes.
- Now pan fry in either butter or oil for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Add the green peppers, onions, KFI Rogan Josh Sauce and KFI Butter Chicken Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the whipping cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with hot naan bread.
