Butter Chicken

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast (approx 0.6 lb)
- 1 jar KFI Butter Chicken Sauce
- 1 tbsp 35% whipping cearm
- ¼ cup sliced cashews
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 2" cubes.
- Now pan fry the chicken cubes in either butter or oil for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Add the jar of KFI Butter Chicken Sauce to the frying pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the whipping cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with thinly sliced cashews or light swirls of 35% whipping cream.
- Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with hot naan bread.
