Bombay Fish Curry

Bombay Fish Curry is a spicy yet delicious recipe that combines: coriander, mustard, chilli and tumeric with ginger, coconut milk, and lemon juice. The result is a flavourful and tender fish entre that is cooked over a low heat.

Ingredients
  • 1 piece fish fillet
  • 1 large tomato cubed
  • 1 jar KFI Rogan Josh Sauce
  • ½ jar KFI Butter Chicken Sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
  1. Cut the fish fillet into 2" cubes
  2. Cut the tomato into cubes.
  3. Pan fry the cubes of fish in 1 tbsp butter until fully cooked.
  4. Add the tomato cubes, the KFI Rogan Josh Sauce, the KFI Butter Chicken Sauce
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with naan bread.
