Bombay Fish Curry

Ingredients
- 1 piece fish fillet
- 1 large tomato cubed
- 1 jar KFI Rogan Josh Sauce
- ½ jar KFI Butter Chicken Sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cut the fish fillet into 2" cubes
- Cut the tomato into cubes.
- Pan fry the cubes of fish in 1 tbsp butter until fully cooked.
- Add the tomato cubes, the KFI Rogan Josh Sauce, the KFI Butter Chicken Sauce
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve over a bed of basmati rice or with naan bread.
