Achari (Pickled) Paneer

Ingredients
  • 150 g Paneer (approx 0.3 lb)
  • 1 jar KFI Achari Mango Sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 handful chopped cashews
  • 5-6 slices pineapple
Instructions
  1. Mix the paneer, corn starch, vinegar, ginger garlic paste together and refrigerate for one hour.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a fry pan, and add paneer mix.
  3. Pan fry the mixture for 10 minutes.
  4. Add 1 full bottle of KFI Achari Mango Sauce, the chopped cashew nuts and the slices of pineapple.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.
