Achari (Pickled) Paneer

Ingredients
- 150 g Paneer (approx 0.3 lb)
- 1 jar KFI Achari Mango Sauce
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 handful chopped cashews
- 5-6 slices pineapple
Instructions
- Mix the paneer, corn starch, vinegar, ginger garlic paste together and refrigerate for one hour.
- Add 1 tbsp of oil to a fry pan, and add paneer mix.
- Pan fry the mixture for 10 minutes.
- Add 1 full bottle of KFI Achari Mango Sauce, the chopped cashew nuts and the slices of pineapple.
- Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.
